Koh Phangan : Health and Spa : The Sanctuary

At The Sanctuary there are now yoga classes set up to help the beginners so you can learn to feed this practice into your life style and feel absolutely great. The class is everyday at 10.30am and is open to all ages and sexes! For those who are already on the yoga path there are two other classes at 8am and 4pm, which cater for all yogis. All the classes cost 250 Baht; not a lot to look and feel great! All classes are taught by qualified yoga teachers.
