• All room prices EXCLUDE BREAKFAST.
• Only 1 extra mattress provided per 1 room. Extra mattress will be charged 500 Baht per night.
• Extra Bed for Sea View Villa (only) is available at 1,000 THB per bed per night.
• Maximum occupancy (per room): 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
• No charge for one extra mattress for children under 10 years sharing a same room with parents.
• No baby cot available.
• VISA, MasterCard, and American Expreess are accepted. Bank service fee of 3% will be apllied for all payments with credit card at the Resort.
• Check-in time: 13:00 hrs.Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Safety deposit box is available.
• Free Pick Up from Thongsala Pier during 10.00 am. - noon, After 10.00 am.-noon will be charged 300 THB per 2 ways. Please reserve in advance only.
• Transfer in Haad Rin area is free of charge. Please reserve 3 Hrs. in advance.
• Please inform arrival schedule (the information of the name of the pier, the ferry company and time of arrival) at least 1 day before.
• Early check out, late arrival, postpone arrival date are strictly non-refundable.

• Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 7 nights.
  Arrival date is at least 5 days before Full Moon date for Standard, Superior, Deluxe Ocean View, and Deluxe 1st-Row.
  Arrival date is at least 3 days before Full Moon date for Deluxe Sea View, Sea View Suite, Beachfront Suite, and Ocean View Suite.
• Compulsory Full Moon Dinner 500 Baht per person. Free of charge for children under 15 years old.
• Christmas and New Year Reservations: A minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival date must be on or before the 20th December only.
• Compulsory X'mas Buffet Dinner on the 25th December at 700 Baht per person. Free of charge for children under 15 years old.

• After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
• Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
• If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
• The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
• For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
• If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.

• In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 500 Baht for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.
• Phangan Info Co. Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/payment, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
