• Full pre-payment required.
• Rates are incl. 10% service charge, incl. 7% VAT, incl. breakfast for 2 people.
• A child less than 2 years is free of charge when sharing same room with parents, maximum 1 child/room ( no extra bed provided ). Children 2-12 years of age will be charged at 350 THB/child/day and include making of the day bed to a sleeping bed as well as daily breakfast, maximun one child per guest room .
• Maximum occupancy 3, 2adult and 1 child.
• Extra Sofa Bed for adult is 1500 THB per night include breakfast.
• Checkout Time is 12:00 noon. Room used from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. on the day of the departure will be charged 50%. Room occupied after 6:00 p.m. will be charged 1 night.
• Check in Time at 2:00 p.m.
• Ground Transfer from Thongsala Pier to Resort is 750 THB/person/way, 400 THB/ child under 12 years
• Ground Transfer from Haad Rin Pier to Resort is 900 THB/person/way, 450 THB/ child under 12 years.
• Samui Airport To Resort including Ground Transfer in Samui and speed boat service to Phangan is 3,500 THB/person, 1,750 THB/child. If speed boat service is unavailable, the round trip transfer from Samui Airport to Resort will be 2,500 THB/person and sea crossing will be by ferry inclusive.
• Private Speed Boat transfer on Ultimate Bliss Including ground transfer, snacks and beverages- 12,000 THB each way or 20,000 THB round trip per boat max party of 10 persons. Should Weather prevent transfer by speedboat, an alternative will be arranged via public catamaran or ferry.

• Full Moon reservations a minimum stay 3 nights.
• Peak Season 24 DEC - 5 JAN requires a compulsory 5-night stay.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner, Christmas Eve 24 Dec 10 @ 5,500 THB/adult, 2,750 THB/child.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner, New Year's Eve 31 Dec 10 @ 8,000 THB/adult, 4,000 THB/child.

• After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detailed offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
• Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
• If the room(s) is/are available and you wish to confirm, you might be requested to secure the booking by a deposit within 1-2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
• The deposit is usually between 50-100%. The balance to be paid direct at the hotel.
• For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
• If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. A FULL REFUND to your credit card can be processed up to 3 days after payment received. After 3 days any cancellation will be subject to the policy of the resort which is always NON-REFUNDABLE unless specified. The commission paid to PHANGAN INFO is always NON-REFUNDABLE in any case. Reservations with arrival date within 1 month of the date payment received strictly NO REFUND.
  

• All prices are quoted are in Thai Baht.
• In all circumstances Phangan Info Co. Ltd charges a minimum credit card service fee of 500 Baht for making a reservation. There are no charges for deposits paid by bank transfer.
• Phangan Info Co. Ltd can take secure deposit payments by Mastercard, VISA or AMEX credit card at https://www.phangan.info/reservation, all you need is a valid Reservation Number and Email address. If you cannot make payment by credit card, Phangan Info Co. Ltd and our clients recommend using either direct bank transfers or money transfers by Western Union. Details of this can given on request.
