Haad Yao Over Bay is located on the North-West site of Koh Phangan, Haad Yao. Our place is on the hill right in the middle of Haad Yao bay which you can see clearly the view of all over the bay, a great view point of Haad Yao. Peaceful, Private, and Safety is the vital of our resort.
Before, Haad Yao Over Bay resort was named Over Bay Bungalows managed by Ja and Nuch, the family who will always give you a warm and friendly welcome since 12 years ago. Now, we already renovated our place to be a nice resort for giving you more convenient and comfortable and willing you to be happy while you are staying with us. However, we still provide you the feeling of family and friendship same as before.

- Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay 3 nights, and arrival can be Full Moon date.
- Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay 3 nights , and arrival date is on or before 24 December.
- New Year Reservation: A minimum stay 3 nights , and arrival date is on or before 30 December.
