**Please note that there's another resort construction nearby.** Baan Panburi provides an excellent range of up-market budget accommodation on the island. Situated on the north east corner of Koh Phangan, this secluded resort has over 300 meters of beachfront expanding over half the bay at Thong Nai Pan Noi; white sand, crystal clear waters and lots of coconut trees. Natural beauty and cleanliness have been blended with simple huts to create an idyllic paradise for young and seasoned travellers alike. Thong Nai Pan Noi is a beautiful long white sandy beach and the bay is deep which means that it is excellent for swimming all year around. There is little to see in the way of marine life, but there are some decent waves for body surfing. Thong Nai Pan Noi is very popular with its bohemian vibe and small village with some cool bars and restaurants. The resort has a wide-range of island style huts to suit most needs and budgets. There are a total of 63 huts and bures. Bures is the word for island cottage made of local wooden materials. Here it is made of bamboo panel walls, palm leave roof with wooden floor, rustic and picturesque in appearance. The Bures also come with hot water. Island hut is a slightly smaller and less detail version, both are cleanly kept and have excellent view. The island huts do not have hot water. Ceiling fan is provided as well as mosquito net to cover the bed at night. A very rustic and wonderful experience to spend time here and guaranteed one would not want to leave when the time comes. It is the perfect place to hang in a hammock on the balcony, with a scenic seaview and spend lazy time reading or taking naps. The acclaimed Sala Rim Nam Restaurant is situated on the beachfront. Chef Ja, who is well-known to our repeated visitors, cooks a variety of new dishes such as spicy egg plant salad, authentic Indian masala prawns curry, vegetarian gado-gado salad to green curry pizza and not to mention the fresh succulent seafood BBQ from the catch of the day. And of course, if you wish Ja to prepare any special dishes for your special occasion, all you have to do is ask for her. The north east coast has a mountainous landscape which is far more rugged than the rest of the island and its uncultivated slopes are the most part original tropical rainforest, an untouched haven for wildlife. There are several impressive waterfalls to visit, Thaan Sadet National Park with is giant monitor lizards and a number of places experienced rock-climbing enthusiasts. A popular way to visit the local attractions and other beaches is by longtail boat.

No refund for early check-out. **Please call the Resort for transfer request 1 day before arrival.** Transfer from Thong Sala Pier to the Resort is available at 150 THB per person from 12:00 - 13:30 hrs. Transfer from the Resort to Thong Sala Pier is available at 150 THB per person at 10:00 hrs., 14:00 hrs., & 16:00 hrs.) Transfer service that is not in the period mentioned above is also available. - From/to Thong Sala Pier to/from the Resort is 700 THB per one-way trip. - From/to Haad Rin Pier to/from the Resort is 900 THB per one-way trip. All room rates are EXCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST, except Thai House, Beach House, and Ocean Hut rates that are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons. Ocean Wing includes complimentary morning coffee or tea and daily fruit. All room rates are for 2 persons sharing a bungalow. Extra bed is available at 150 THB per night.
