Love:IS A brand new beach festival taking place 13 days after every Full Moon and bringing some of the biggest DJ’s in the world to Koh Phangan. Dutch Giant Marco V headlines the first party and will be supported by quality internationals: Graham Gold (UK/Kiss 100/Tommy Resort FMP), DJ Absolud (The Netherlands/Moov Koh Tao/ Beach Republik Samui), Emanuel Skinner (U.S.A./Bed Supper Club BKK/UB Radio), Darragh Casey (Ireland/Antiqua Recordings/Glow BKK/Tommy Resort FMP), Bosso Gulyas (Hungary/Fusion Samui). Tommy Resort Full Moon residents DJ Ton & DJ Mak Mak will also be there to get the party vibe underway.
Love:IS will have performers, entertainers and other attractions to keep you entertained for the whole 18 hours. You will experience an amazing sound system, giant video screens, superb lighting and of course the all important Lasers!! Everyone wants to be a DJ. Right? So we are also joining up with www.stickiton.co.uk where from midday till 3pm, anyone can get their Fifteen Minutes Of Fame, by playing 3 tunes of their choice. And they don’t even have to be dance! The audience will either cheer you on, or boo you off!!
About Marco V!!! Born in the Dutch lowlands of Heeswijk-Dinther, Marco Verkuijlen has established himself as one of the most inventive, diverse and creative electronic music minds working today.
